Nadine Mazzola

Nadine Mazzola (she/her) is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide in the Metro-West and Greater Boston area of Massachusetts. She has been guiding, lecturing, and teaching about Forest Bathing since 2015 and is a senior trainer and advisor for the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Her award-winning book, "Forest Bathing with Your Dog" won four awards, most notably, the Living Now Award for contributing to improving quality of life and wellbeing. Nadine is also a somatic practitioner and educator trained in the Strozzi Institute Method for Embodied Leadership. She has been featured on PBS, ABC, the Boston Globe, and Boston Magazine among others. Nadine's training includes special knowledge in guiding people of all ages in Shinrin-Yoku, "Forest Bathing," walks, and the body of scientific knowledge demonstrating the benefits of spending time in nature as a wellness practice and an effective way to manage stress. As an artist, Nadine has a love for incorporating expressive arts and fostering creativity alongside nature connection. As a breast cancer survivor, she has come to know the healing and support that nature can offer us through her own personal wellness journey.

Ronna Schneberger

Ronna Schneberger, BRM, has been a professional guide and naturalist in Banff National Park for 25 years. She is a Forest Therapy guide and trainer and a yoga and meditation instructor. For the past 15 years she has been faculty with Leadership Development at the Banff Centre where she delivers powerful leadership experiences in nature. Currently, Ronna is an executive coach combining time in spectacular mountain landscapes with powerful conversations. She is proud to be the Chair of Nature and Forest Therapy of Canada and bring this practice to various sectors in Canada.
